TrashHaulers Valet, LLC ("we", "us") provides doorstep valet trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

Information we collect

  • Inquiry details you submit through our request form: name, email, phone, community/property name, approximate unit count, and any message.
  • Account details for property managers, field staff, and residents who sign in: name, contact details, and role-based access information.
  • Operational data generated while delivering service, such as pickup completion records and reported exceptions.

How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries and prepare service proposals.
  • To schedule routes, run collections, and report results to property teams.
  • To operate accounts, authenticate users, and provide support.

Website analytics

We measure how our marketing pages are used so we can improve them. This is done entirely with our own software on our own servers. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking service, and no information about your visit is sent to another company.

What we record

  • Pages and sections you view, how far you scroll, and how long the page is actively in front of you.
  • Interactions such as clicks on buttons and links, which FAQ entries you open, and general cursor movement, which we combine into anonymous "heat" totals across all visitors rather than keeping an individual trace.
  • How our forms behave — which field you were in, how long you spent there, how many times you returned to it, whether it reported a validation error, and whether it was left blank.
  • How you reached us — the referring website and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
  • Technical details — browser, operating system, device type, screen and window size, page load performance, and any script errors.

What we deliberately do not record

  • We never record what you type into a form field. For the fields above we store only how you interacted with them — never their contents. Your name, email address, phone number, and message reach us only when you choose to press Submit, and then only through the inquiry form itself.
  • We do not store your IP address. It is converted into an irreversible fingerprint using a secret that changes every day, which lets us spot automated traffic without being able to identify or follow you.
  • We do not track you across other websites, build advertising profiles, or sell or share this data.
  • We do not run analytics on our sign-in, registration, or password pages. Those pages are excluded entirely.

Cookies

We set two first-party cookies, used only for the measurement described above. Neither contains personal information — each holds a random identifier.

  • th_vid — distinguishes returning visits from new ones. Expires after two years.
  • th_sid — groups the pages of a single visit together. Expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

You can delete or block these cookies in your browser at any time; the site works normally without them. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal we record that it did so and exclude your visit from our reporting.

How long we keep it

Detailed visit records are deleted after 90 days. We keep only anonymous daily totals — visits per page, per source — after that, so we can compare one year with another.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email delivery and payment processing) and as required by law.
